Fast paced, growing Chico company now has an opening for a part time office assistant/book keeper. The postion would start out at around 20 hours a week, but there is definitely room for growth with the right candidate. The qualified associate will have these KEY CAPABILITIES:

 

*Phone reception

*Data entry

*Faxing/Scanning/Copying Documents

*QuickBooks (Manufacturing/Wholesale) version (if possible)

*Invoicing clients

*Preparing purchase orders for vendors

*Managing receivables and payables.  (collection calls if need be)

*Accounting (general) Reconciling bank statements/credit card statements/PayPal

Plus:

*Creative

*Social Media marketing experience

*Facebook Content development

*Blog writing

MUST be proficient with Quickbooks

MUST be proficient Outlook/Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

MUST have Excellent Communication Skills

MUST show attention to detail skills

MUST be resourceful in problem daily tasks that arise
