Administrative Clerk

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to work with their packing department of their food grade oil production company in Arbuckle, CaThis is for a long term, temp to hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.  As an Administrative Clerk you will purchase supplies, receive inventory, match invoices to received inventory and get payment approval before submitting to AP for payment. Work closely with the production and packing department to manage inventory needs, and process production orders. Qualifications:

 

- High School Diploma with some college preferred

- 3-5 years’ experience in inventory management & purchasing

- Must have strong Microsoft Excel Skills, experience with NAV a PLUS!

- Must be flexible and customer service oriented

 

This position is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm and starting pay range of $17-$19 depending on experience
