Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
The Administrative Clerk will handle various clerical duties in the plant offices from answering phones, welcoming guests and assisting other office staff, as needed. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position, along with the ability to multi-task. Candidate will ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly, generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate and respond to questions and requests for information.
Will train for order entry and helping customers on the phone. This is a temp to perm job
Previous administrative; clerical experience; High School Diploma or GED; Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment; Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications; ability to quickly learn new software; Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; Maintain a flexible and professional attitude and assume other duties when needed.
Shift7:30am-4:30pm
