Adecco is assisting a global firm in staffing for an Administrative Clerk in Martinsburg, WV.

Location: Martinsburg, WV
Hours: 8:00am -4:00pm
Pay: $14.00/hr.
Dress Code: Business Casual

Contract to hire position!

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing all administrative tasks like faxing, copying, scanning, and printing documents
  • Answering the phones and customer questions
  • Greeting clients daily
  • Sorting through the mail and distributing the mail to appropriate personnel
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organizing conference rooms 
  • Data entry and correspondence
Experience Required:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative based role
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Customer Service centered
