The Administrator provides administrative support to the team to ensure admin task delivery on time in full. This includes activities like managing meeting logistics, being responsible for meeting minutes, action logs, assisting to ensure sufficient controls, procedures and plans are in place for successful delivery, ensuring high quality reporting and reference/supporting materials are in place and completed within the agreed timeline. Key job requirements include: Excellent knowledge of MS Word & MS Outlook, fully operational in MS Excel, ability to work accurately under pressure, ability to grasp new tasks quickly, ability to prioritise, excellent communications and people management skills and easily adaptable.. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:This role is for an on-call/part-time study assistant working in the testing center. This person will be responsible for assisting with consumer studies in hair, skin, food, deo and baby categories. This will involve some administrative functions (i.e. checking panelists in, reviewing process with panelists, recording data.) but it will involve light industrial lab work with consumer products. Must have basic Microsoft office skills. Must have great communication skills and be comfortable working with people.

This role works on-call/part-time based on business needs

High School diploma required

Must have open availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 8a.-6p
