Adecco is recruiting to fill a position with a medical Dievice Company located in Parsippany NJ

Assist Customer Service Representatives in the managing and processing of export and subsidiary orders, billings, credits, and commissions. Assist in the coordination and delivery of customer shipments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities % ¿ Assist the customer service representatives with the management of international orders. ¿ Responsible for transmitting pending order and invoice files to the international subsidiaries. ¿ Assist customer service representatives in editing, scheduling, maintaining, and entering orders. ¿ Invoice and prepare shipment documentation for the international markets. ¿ Register orders, prepare order files, and complete other general filing. ¿ Issue credits and debits for product redeployment among international subsidiaries. ¿ Assist with written and verbal communications as required by the customer service representatives. ¿ Compile export sales projections received from the customer service representatives and submit to Finance. ¿ Perform general duties as assigned by customer service representatives or management. 100 Total Percent (not to exceed 100%) *Individual percents should be greater than or equal to 5%. Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs) ¿ Good organizational skills are essential. ¿ Must have the ability to produce work under pressure when tight deadlines are imposed. ¿ Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. ¿ Candidate¿s work history must reflect his/her ability to interact well with others. Interaction and cooperation with others is necessary to accomplish job tasks in customer service. ¿ Working knowledge of ZDCS, WordPerfect/Word, and Lotus/Excel preferred. Must achieve proficiency in all software listed within 90 days. ¿ Must type 40 wpm with 95% accuracy. Education/ Experience Requirements ¿ High School Diploma or equivalent
