  • Generating offers based on customer requirements
  • Coordinating the delivery of products and services with customers
  • Invoicing and dunning of orders
  • Resolve technical issues with the assistants of the sales and technical experts

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Administrative Customer Service Associate:

  • Customer Service experience in a commercial or industrial environment
  • Proficient in Excel (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of ERP or SAP
  • High School Diploma
