Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Administrative Data Entry Clerk job in Downtown, Cincinnati.  This is a long term temporary opportunity. Responsibilities for this Data Entry Clerk job include:

  • Enters and verifies alphanumeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic and phone, into a computer database
  • Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work
  • Comparing and reconciling data from multiple sources
    Internal and external website auditing
    Communicating across multiple marketing teams
  • Can resolve problems related to correct data entry procedures, but may have to refer unusual problems to manager
  • May coordinate the workflow of other operators
  • Project management and trafficking duties within workfront system                          
  • Proofing of strategic documents
  • Pulling reports and updating spreadsheets
     

Qualifications:

 

  • HS Diploma
  • 2 years of Data Entry and Administrative Experience
  • Drug Screen and Background Check

 

 

 

30-40 hours a week

Pay for this position is $15.00/hr 30-40 hours a week

This is a long term temporary opportunity.
