Job Title: Administrative Document Clerk
Location: Atlanta, GA 30305
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6 month contract (possibility of extension)

Pay Rate: : $16 per hour

The majority of this job will be tedious: mailings, stuffing envelopes, tracking daily mailings, filing, etc.


The Car Hire Assistant (Car Hire is the project name) will provide administrative and clerical support to the Car Hire Support team in the Atlanta office.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate documents while managing line of sight to the routine activities such as mailing out, tracking mail counts and ensure items are mailed timely
• Schedule time frames to capture volumes of mailings
• Generate letters, reports, graphic presentations of statistical information, general correspondence and other documents as assigned
• Review, sort and analyze the reports related Car Hire Support team members (We can specify claims reports, audit reports, reclaims -if necessary)
• Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for correspondence, records, reference data, reports and any sensitive materials
• Primary contact to identify the necessary report analysis for outbound workload or mailings
• Prepare, track and coordinate mail and shipments for the Car Hire support team
• Help coordinate Car Hire support mailings outbound as well as track inbound
• Other duties as assigned by the Car Hire Support team

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED
A minimum of 2 years of clerical or administrative assistant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in handling mail and other office equipment as required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
