Adecco Direct Placement is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the Charlotte, NC area for the position of Administrative Manager- Latin America. Qualified candidates for this role need to be fully fluent in Spanish, have experience in financial administration, as well as a Bachelor's Degree. The Administrative Manager will assist the Vice President of Finance and manage administrative tasks. A competitive base salary, as well as benefits will be offered in this position. 1. Financial Administration of activities related to supporting remote offices
a. Office Lease management
b. Payroll services review/approval/audit functions
c. Business insurance management
d. Relationship management with local attorneys and auditors
2. Administration of customer financing applications, submittals to corporate headquarters in Germany, document management and audit requirements.
3. Management of banking relationships, accounts, credit facilities, and individual Letters of Credit utilized by company in various countries
4. Audit procedures for company expense report processing system (Concur) for employees and contract employees
5. Assist in annual budget development for BDLA locations
6. Management of company vehicle programs by country/employee.
7. Potential long term involvement in Collections & Human Resources planning.
8. Other duties and projects as assigned.


1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business Management or a combination of Associates and experience
2. Proficient computer skills (ERP system and MS Office)
3. Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
4. Ability to respect and interact efficiently across different cultures
