Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting PART TIME Administrative Assistant role in Buffalo, NY!  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

Contract Length: 12+ months (PART TIME HOUR ~ 20 per week)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

 

SUMMARY:Responsibility: 

• Performs a variety of administrative functions. 
• This person will schedule appointments, give information to callers, and take dictation. 
• Additionally, composes memos, transcribes notes, researches and creates presentations, generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports. 
• May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget. 
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the administrative function is crucial. 
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
• Works under general supervision. 
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. 

Qualifications: 
• Must show proficiency using programs such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
• Possesses at least 2 years in the field or have worked in a similar capacity. 
• This candidate must possess strong communication skills and be proficient in English. 
• Must be highly organized, pro-active and a self-starter. 
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. 
• Must have the ability to work with detailed information, prioritize tasks, be results oriented and have excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. 
• Needs to be able to maintain organized and accurate files. 
• This job requires the candidate to be an English speaker with strong communication skills.
