Adecco is currently seeking Administrative Professionals in Waco, TX.

Administrative assistant duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies, file, travel arrangements.
  • Customer service duties to internal staff and company visitors

Requirements

  • Previous Administrative or Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
