Administrative Project Coordinator for our premier ecommerce client in San Jose CA

Location: San Jose CA
W2 Contract 3+ months possible extension
Pay Rate: $28.50 per hour

Overview

Assists the Senior Project Manager with one or more IT projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning). May regularly interact with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Assists with all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.

Job Requirements:



Coordinate planning and delivery efforts across various technology, vendor and Infrastructure teams
Organize and lead release planning activities resulting in the creation of a project/program roadmap.
Lead others in conjunction with the vertical manager to ensure work is properly allocated, planned, and executed across the project
Assists with collective activities, issues, and risks across teams in support of the program or portfolio.
Ensure measurable KPIs are developed for projects, and that they align to the overall KPIs for the product space.
Stakeholder communication regarding deployment plans and deliverables. Ensure regular, active communication with adjacent project and external stakeholders, including international regions.
Identify project impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed
Contributes to and demonstrates a solid understanding of program vision and roadmap
Maintain awareness of cross product/program synergies and actively communicate opportunities to simplify work across teams.

Proven collaborator and communicator across all levels
Efficient and effective worker, there is a lot going on
Proficient Microsoft Office : Excel, Powerpoint
Accountable with ability to handle high priority agendas
Accomplished scheduler and meeting documentor
