Responsibilities Include:

  • Project execution – act as backup to Project Manager
  • Meet project requirements with meetings, deadlines, reporting & communication
  • Participation in operating standards development and implementation
  • Research & communication research claim inquires
  • Reporting & documentation
  • Help foster team environment, building cooperation between client services team and other departments

Requirements:

  • 1 yr work experience with direct client/customer contact in professional environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional and calm demeanor
  • Associates Degree a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • MS Office experience
