Administrative Representative for special orders

Adecco is assisting a client in Stow, Ohio in their search for an Order Support Rep. A successful candidate will have strong communications and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively cross functionally. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

Here are some responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Tracking purchase orders
  • Canceling orders
  • Identify supply problems
  • Resolve Invoice discrepancies
  • Handle customer service escalations

Here’s what it takes to apply:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills (emphasis on Excel)
  • Ability to Prioritize and multi-task
