Responsibilities for this Administrative Secretary job include:

- Oversee and coordinate school activities
- Maintain school calendar and schedule meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of all work material
- Greet visitors and guests
- Office support work

Starting pay $14 per hour

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent MS Office skills- Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
