Provide general clerical support to the office staff including data entry and file maintenance, AP/AR processing, arranging travel, handling correspondence, reporting, and supporting co-workers. This New Iberia, LA opportunity is a temp-permanent positon. During peak seasons, you may be asked or required to work after regular business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Provide administrative support to Area and its Service Centers in one or more of the following areas
• Enter, maintain and close all rental contracts; and maintain rental folders for Service Centers
• Process credit card transactions up to a designated amount for the Area; prompt correction of invoice errors with vendors and employees
• Log and correct minor errors with all work and service order
• Follow up customer contact for designated outstanding invoices according to set timelines and log activities & results
• Greet visitors and callers; provide information and route calls to appropriate employees
• Provide timely and accurate data entry and record keeping for electronic and hard copy files
• Compose, mail and file routine correspondence
• Document rentals with incomplete documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate travel/visas
• Support other Areas or Service Centers as requested and cross-train team members


• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable paperwork
• Monitor the delinquent customer accounts and assist with their collection
• Track and report weekly payroll
• Collect and submit expenses
• Assist with inventory
• Depending on area, applicant may be required to speak and write in both English and Spanish.
