Adecco is partnering with a great company in the Bloomington, MN area to hire administrative support for their case management department. This position will be providing support to customer service teams to ensure accurate processing of research requests, data entry of email inquiries and monitoring and triaging of email requests. You will work in collaboration with internal staff and external network of counsellors to ensure timely referrals are made.

The following skills are required:
• Strong organizational skills
• Administrative and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience using Microsoft applications

Primary responsibilities include:
• Triage and redirect email requests to correct department
• Document Email requests in case management system
• Reviewing research data to ensure all data received send research materials to participants
• Request additional information for research team needing clarification on research
• Telephonic follow up to collect data

Work Schedule 8:30-5:00 Monday – Friday
