Adecco is currently looking for an administrative support coordinator in Wyomissing. This is a contract-to-hire position paying $17/hour. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

-Provide direct administrative management support for the Wyomissing office
-Refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as required
-Replenish office supplies/sort mail, mail client deliverables
-Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons
-Assist with on-boarding of new hires
-Review documents, reports, and correspondence for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary
-Complete special projects in support of leadership, as required
-Provide scheduling and meeting support (agenda preparation, material circulation, presentation support, etc.)
-Develop and maintain well organized electronic and paper filing system
-Complete expense reports and other related duties
-Prepare any additional projects/tasks as required
