Administrative Support

Our client in Fremont Mi is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support a current project.    


Key responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Review and revise controlled documents including standard operation procedures (SOPs), forms, templates and records. Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Review, maintain and support a variety of database records such as Safety Data Sheets, Contractor certificates of insurance, Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and SharePoint,
  • Identify schedule of risk assessments for updating; communicate the schedule to the Manager & Reps, support completion and monitor compliance to schedule. Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel,
  • Work in combination with Manager and iLearn Coordinator to maintain and update SHE related training materials. Utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Articulate software packages.
  • Maintain and update communication boards as required.


  • High School diploma/GED ( Associates desirable)
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in creating and revising technical written documents
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to manage simple activities/tasks with limited supervision and managerial oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication (both internally and externally)
