Responsibilities for this Administrative Support position include:

  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone systems, and use computers for additional applications as required.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondences and other material.
  • Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Compose, type, and distribute routine correspondences
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Prefer Associate's Degree
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication
  • Fast-paced work environment
  • Must have strong Microsoft skills
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
