Responsibilities for Administrative Support roles include:

  •  Greet and schedule customers in-person or over the phone
  • Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or process payments 
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
  • Maintain records, correspondence, and other material
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures

  •  High School Diploma or Equivalent
  •  Strong Typing and Data Entry Skills
  •  Detail orientated with great communication skills
  •  Proficient in mathematical calculations for customer orders
  •  Professional and positive work demeanor
  •  Prior experience may be required for some positions

Full Time opportunities Monday-Saturday are available, schedules will vary.
Pay for these positions are between $10-$14/hr.
