Administrative Support

Adecco is currently seeking Administrative Support Specialists to work in several locations throughout WA. These opportunities are open to entry level and experienced Administrative professionals. Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to appropriate staff
  • Greet customers and clients in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintain office inventory levels, purchasing supplies as needed
  • Data entry in company database, filing, copying, and logging records
  • Review Executive and staff documents, pamphlets, or presentations for errors
  • Assist with payroll and invoicing requests as needed
  • Perform a wide range of general administrative tasks including customer support, facility upkeep, email/phone corresponding, client/new hire onboarding, etc.


  • HS Diploma
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of Administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, reliability, and is a Team player
