Here are some of the responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Working directly via phone/email as point of contact for vendors.
  • Inventory - ordering supplies and restocking supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings in conference room.
  • Arrange lunches for meetings.
  • Updating marketing materials – organization chart, posting office update letters, etc.
  • Greeting clients at front desk.
  • Answering inbound/outbound calls.

These are the qualities we’re looking for in for this position:

  • Must have excellent communication and grammatical skills
  • Must be willing to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must possess problem solving skills – able to work through issue and solve it.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data entry skills.
  • Candidates must be articulate and be able to think outside of the box.
  • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
