Administrative Title Clerk

Adecco is assisting a locally run and operated company in their search for an Administrative Title Clerk in Hermantown, MN. This person will be supporting all departments with various task, projects, and seasonal work. Day-to-day tasks will change often so time management is key in this role. Is this the job for you? Responsibilities for this Administrative Title Clerk job include:


  • - Supporting departments with various projects, seasonal tasks, and administrative work (Sales, Service, Shipping/Receiving, Office departments)

  • - Title duties; Accurately filling out title documents, filing title documents, communicating with all parties involved

  • - Signage, graphic updates, basic marketing

  • - Entering part and products numbers into data base, updating spreadsheets as needed

  • - Mailing; incoming and outgoing

  • - Basic office tasks; print outs, filing for departments, making copies, stuffing envelopes, faxing

  • - Phone work, directing calls as needed

  • - Review invoices and file accordingly

  • - Get inventory and merchandise prepared for the sales floor

  • - Processing of documents for DMV and transfer of Titles, Tabs, Plates, Insurance

  • - Provide great customer service and be a resource to all visiting customers

  • - Assist with various projects and manager time efficiently

  • - Since this person will be supporting all departments, additional tasks may be assigned as needed



  • Qualifications:


  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • - Good computer skills, experience with MS Excel is needed

  • - Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with a team

  • - Ability to multi task and proven ability to manage time efficiently

  • - Related experience is strongly preferred



  • Compensation will start at $16 per hour.

     


    Hours are full time between 9:00am-6:00pm. Work schedules are given out monthly. All employees must be available to work 1 or 2 Saturdays a month.
