Payrate: $17 HR

 

Length of Assignment:  5-Months contract to perm

 

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

  • Performs clerical tasks related to the administration of Subdivision Land Trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee, depositor or agent.
  • Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
  • Performs administrative tasks related to set up and servicing of collection accounts
  • Reviews new sale documents, updates property control records as well as prepares and sends related documents for recording
  • Responsible for ordering title commitments when necessary as directed by the Trust Officer
  • Processes Assumption, Modification, and Cancelation of contracts.
  • Represents the company regarding any contact with customers, beneficiaries, and other related parties.
  • Assists in maintaining Trust property inventory/records.
  • Monitor customer calls and emails, responds to inquiries related to their accounts
  • Prepares payoff/release documents and sends for recording.
  • Run and audit monthly reports on all trust accounts
  • Assist Trust Officers as needed.
  • Knowledge of general accounting.
