Adecco is seeking experienced Executive Administrative Assistants for a major international manufacturer in York, PA.

Pay is $15-$16/hr, depending on experience for this 8am-5pm shift and the need is immediate

The position will last until the end of the year, with the possibility of being extended into 2018.

This person has to be proficient in MS Office, including Visio if possible.

Tasks will be to support GBS Director and Managers with:
- setting up meetings;
- booking conference rooms;
- managing a large mass mailing to all vendors in Q4;
- creating memos, org charts
- taking notes during meetings
- preparing training plans

HS Diploma or GED is required.
