Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • Sending/replying to emails
  • Copying/Filing
  • Receiving and reviewing requisitions from the planning department
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Following up with communication
  • High school diploma, College degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Word Perfect, Lotus, and ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personality - Nice, excited, willing and motivated to learn
  • Customer Service
  • Purchasing experience is a plus!!

Pay rate $20-30 depending on experience
