Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant job include but are not limited to:

  • Organize, manage and process accounts receivables & payables payments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Processing purchase orders to vendors
  • Prepare all shipping documents & coordinate all shipping pickups
  • Perform all general office duties
  • Monitor, maintain & purchase office supplies
  • Answer multi-line phone system & forward calls to the appropriate staff member.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Administrative Assistant job:

  • 1-3 years of Administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • High School diploma
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Multi-tasked oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills
