Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant job include but are not limited to:

  • Generate offers based on customer requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues with sales and technical experts.
  • Coordinate deliveries of products and service delivers to the customer.
  • Enter invoices & orders.

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Administrative Assistant job:

  • Administrative experience in Commercial or Industrial environment
  • Knowledge or ERP or SAP
  • ADP experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • High School Diploma
