Adminstrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant Position in the East Setauket Area. This position requires 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience. 

Administrative Assistant Duties include:

  • Preparation of contract documents, collection and review of submitals for various governmental agencies throughout Long Island and NYC.
  • Working directly with project managers as well as field and office staff.
  • This position requires preparation of lease and subcontract agreements, purchase orders.
  • Solicit prospective MBE/WBE/DBE suppliers and subcontractors for current projects and maintain written solicitation logs.
  • Candidate must be skilled in internet researching, have excellent computer and  phone skills, , and possess strong written and verbal ability with an eye for detail in a fast paced deadline-oriented industry.
  • Organization, scheduling and time management attributes are a must. Individual must be both a self-starter and effective communicator in a team environment.
