The “World’s Largest Search Engine” is looking for an energetic and growing individual that is passionate about driving improvements in quality, classification, information and language understanding.

As an Ads Quality Admin, you will collaborate with engineers and analysts on efforts to evaluate and improve advertising and targeting quality in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment. The tasks of an Ads Quality Admin are clearly defined and of limited scope, primarily consisting of administrative work, metrics monitoring, triaging/escalating problem reports, and implementing external-facing surveys in HTML/CSS.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Must enjoy repetitive type work

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative work: managing user accounts in an internal tool, troubleshooting
  • Monitoring metrics
  • Escalating problem reports
  • Implementing external-facing surveys in HTML, CSS, and related languages
  • Querying internal databases to answer well-defined questions
  • Assisting with financial audits
  • Data labeling and data collection
  • Experience with administrative work
  • Experience with Google apps
  • Working knowledge of SQL
