Advanced Customer Service Representative

Job Description

-In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the move schedule of equipment from one location to another. This will involve use of company systems, phones, GPS tracking, etc. to best assist customers in regards to their needs. 

Requirements and Experience

-To be considered for this role you must have previous experience working in a customer service environment. 2-5 years minimum experience. 
-You must be comfortable taking both inbound and outbound calls, answering emails, transcribing data into multiple systems, building relationships with clients in your region to better assist their needs, etc. 
-You must be able to pass a drug screen and background check to be considered for the role.

-Ability to work independently

-Must be punctual
-Must have strong work ethic 
-Must have ability to work with a team to achieve a common goal


Hours and Pay Rate

-The position will be either 1st Shift (8am-5pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
-The pay rate is between $16-17/hour
