Aerial Equipment Mechanic


The Ariel Equipment Mechanic works under the direction of the Service Manager/Lead Mechanic: repairs all aerial equipment as scheduled by Service Manager; performs familiarization training of frontal of rental inventory.

Repairs all aerial equipment as scheduled
Performs familiarization training of rental training inventory: completes check list with customer/client and provides a copy to coustomer; teaches client function of the equipment, proper loading nd unloading of equipment, and range of motion; services equipment on job site.

This position requires no computer knowledge
One year certificate from college or technical school
Three to six months related experience and /or training
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively to groups of customers or employees of organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
HDL/Clean Abstract
Prefer certification in Aerial Mechanics
