Agent On-Boarding/Contracting Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Agent On-Boarding/Contracting Specialist in Cypress, CA!

Specific Duties:
1. Ensure agents are onboarded accurately and timely through analysis of submitted contracting documents
2. Ensure agents carrier contracts are submitted and processed accurately and timely
3. Acts as internal liaison and service resource for producers and sales leaders relative to licensing and appointment, basic access issues, and coordination efforts to achieve ready to sell status
4. Ensure agent onboarding and carrier contracting adhere to all policies and procedures, in addition to federal and state laws and regulations
5. Serves as an expert resource and contact point for interactions with state departments of insurance and the National Insurance Producer Registry

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High School Diploma / GED or higher
2. 2+ years of experience in a production, auditing, or analyst role
3. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word (creating and editing professional documents), Excel (filtering, formatting, formulas), and Outlook (email and calendar)
4. Experience working with multiple system platforms
5. Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of data and company-sensitive data

Shift Start/End Time: 8am - 5pm

Dress Code: Business Casual

In this position, the AOB/Contracting Specialist will play a key role in supporting Golden Outlook Operations by analyzing and processing new and existing agent requests for Agent On-Boarding and Carrier Contracting. They provide exceptional customer service to all internal staff and external customers. After initial training and development, they will become responsible for processing new agent onboarding, existing agent maintenance and agent contracting with various carriers.
