AML Analyst

Type:                     Full-time (40 hours / week) contract
Length:                  6-months
Pay:                       $34.00 / HR
Shift/Hours:            8A – 5P

Responsibilities for this AML Analyst job include, but are not limited to:

  • Obtains documentary proof of suspicious transactions from GSI investigations cases.
  • Collates factual information through conducting various aspects of research, analysis, and effective due diligence.
  • Writes clear and comprehensive SAR reports in a timely manner to meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures effective record keeping of suspicious transactions identified and reported to AML, in line with the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Act, and TD policies and procedures.

Qualifications for this AML Analyst job:

  • Previous Experience working with SAR reporting, AML or Check Fraud 0-2 years' experience required, open to new grads
  • Prefer 1 year of banking experience
  • excellent communication, both written and verbal with comfortable to call customers as needed.
  • Previous experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong customer service skills
