This position is part of our client’s Global Supply Quality team responsible for ensuring all their suppliers are compliant with their policies. The primary focus of this position is to work in several data systems to ensure documents are collected, recorded and stored in an accurate manner. This person will interact closely with both internal cross-functional partners including procurement and outside vendors, collecting documentation that supports their Quality Assurance and Compliance Programs.



  • Interact with our client’s suppliers across the globe
  • Maintain an active database of vendor documentation
  • Transfer documentation into several data systems, i.e. TrackWise, Documentum
  • Tracking and recording all your work on an excel spreadsheet
  • Transferring data from vendors to data system TrackWise



  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a science related field is preferred, not required
  • Good organizational skills, able to work alone, detail-oriented
  • Good person-to-person, written and telephone communication skills
  • Team-oriented, with both the ability to lead or follow
  • Possess or able to gain technical competence to better understand manufacturing processes and the compliance requirements of a food manufacturer
  • Prior experience in food industry is preferred, but not required
  • Basic PC skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook

Pay: $26+ based on experience

Start: 06/04/2018

Shift: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm

Duration: 6 months
