Responsibilities for this Analyst position include but are not limited to:

• Reviews and gathers claim details and documentation, via reports, phone interviews, multiple data points and robust documentation in order to determine validity of each claim for processing.

• Ability to manage a personal caseload, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

• Ability to interview clients, possible suspects, merchants and police departments daily to gather important information to assist in claim resolution.

• Accurately complies and analyzes data related to claims information and notes to ensure consistency and uniformity with company policies.

• Monitor pending claims for needed information and coordinate with management to ensure claims are processed within the department service level agreement.

• Work with all clients and associates using multiple communication methods, such as phone, e-mail, mail and instant messaging.

• Ability to partner with other cross-functional departments and areas to validate information

• Actively provide support and feedback regarding department policies, processes & guidelines.


Qualifications for this Analyst job include but are not limited to:

 Ability to work independently to problem solve, organize, and prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.

• Analytical and detail oriented with ability to complete repetitive tasks and remain focused while documenting case notes in an organized and comprehensive manner.

• Ability to communicate clearly, calmly & confidently on the telephone and email with excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to conduct interviews with clients and potential suspects, merchants and law enforcement.

• Ability to use effective customer service techniques with clients who may be aggressive or under stress.

• Experience with Windows operating systems with ability to multi-task in multiple applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Web applications via multiple monitors.

Preferred (nice to have) skills/experience education:

• One-year of similar claims, customer service or financial services experience.

• 3-5 years experience in a high stress customer service position.

• Investigation and validation of information
