Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30 pm
$13.13/hr.

Job Summary


Under minimal supervision, perform routine tasks around pre-implementation processing of new Structured Settlement Annuities (SSA).Managing structured settlements for relationship manager. Setting up contracts and audit certain aspects within the documentation with Microsoft office in preparation to give to relationship manager. Works under supervision. Needs attention to detail as the biggest part is reviewing the documentation.




Principal Responsibilities:



Route case documentation to team members and perform related document management tasks including document indexing, distribution, and assignment receipt tracking
Send outgoing correspondence to customers:


a. SSA Requirements Letters
b. SSA Premium Confirmation Letters
c. SSA Requirements Follow Up Letters
d. SSA Commission Confirmation Letters
e. SSA Upcoming First Payment Letters

3. Review incoming SSA documents for accuracy and completeness
4. Process installation of Structured Settlement Annuities
5. Process Manual Journal Entries
6. Process the Good Order of SSA Certificates / Contracts (Manual or Automated)
7. Perform other duties as assigned or required

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:


Sound knowledge of the unit’s business procedures, products and services, and production reporting systems
Ability to assess the accuracy, validity, and integrity of data
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrates solutions orientation and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and various web-based applications
