Annuities - Customer Service Representative – Alpharetta, GA
6 months (temp – perm)
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30 pm
$18.72/hr.

Income Annuities Operations ensures that transactions for participants are appropriately executed and entered into client Income Annuities systems. Income Annuities Operations perform transactions, such as processing contract establishment, participant transactions processing (i.e., establishment and maintenance of participant records and annuity processing), as well as handles the approvals of Income Annuities financial transactions. Income Annuities Operations consists of administrators, approvers and a manager to provide for appropriate segregation of duties

Specific Duties:


Perform core processing and administrative functions of the business unit, which can include providing day to day client services and administrative support to customers, responding to client requests


Perform significant financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner, processing transactions at the individual and corporate account level


Prepare reports and analytical documents for internal and external customers


Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients and business partners


Respond to external and internal requests for information, including audits and Call Center requests


Serve as point of contact for clients and third-party administrators


Execute special projects assigned by management within the allotted time frame


Perform other duties as assigned or required



Must Have:


High school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in pensions or a related field


Experience with processing Journal Entries and a Bachelor's degree in Business is desirable


Annuites experience is required


Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the pension’s field


Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel and has demonstrated quick learning of proprietary systems


Has excellent research and analytical skills; and is comfortable working within a team.
