Type:                      Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length:                  3+ months

Pay:                        $15.00 - 20.00 / HR

Shift/Hours:          8A – 5P



Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering High volume calls
  • Scheduling multiple meetings
  • Processing mail
  • Multi calendar management
  • Other administrative duties


Qualifications for this Administrative Assistant job:

  • Advanced computer literate in word and excel. Access and power point experience
  • Excellent written and verbal language skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Multi calendar management
  • Health Care and Managed Care experience
