Adecco is currently accepting applications for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk in Oklahoma City. This position will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with daily and monthly department needs, including end of month closing.

Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk include but are not limited to the following:

*  Process customer payments in ERP System
*  Assist customers with invoicing and payment inquiries
*  Reconcile A/R aging report to the general ledger
*  Research customer activity in the ERP System to include cash receipts, adjustments, GL account coding and posting of cash receipts
*  Contact customers regarding overdue accounts/ collections

Candidates must meet the following Accounting Clerk requirements for consideration:

*  Bachelor Degree preferred
*  Experience working with accounts receivable and accounts payable

*  Experience working with Quickbooks
*  Demonstrate efficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
*  Detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
*  Must have Customer Chargeback experience

Pay for this position depends on experience.
