Application Support Specialist

Adecco Staffing is assisting a Shared Service Center with filling an Application Support Analyst. In this role, you will support their product data initiative by working on their new  Product Information Management System. You will help with the setup and behind the scenes logic, workflows, etc. Must be technically skilled in Excel, Access, some programming knowledge, and highly logical.

Responsibilities
• Perform tasks in their new product information management center
• Answer end-user JDE questions or issues relative to the J
• Develop best practices for system usage
• Collaborate with JDE project team members to identify potential system enhancements / changes
• Assist ITS to communicate, prioritize, test and implement system changes / enhancements
• Partner with ITS Help Desk team as the support for JDE incidents
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets

Requirements
• College degree required. Preferably in Computer Science or Information Management
• Some programming experience
• Must have Microsoft Access & Excel experience (2016 edition)
• Highly logical and technical
• Team Player; ability to collaborate across functions
• Self-starter; Desire to learn new tools and skills
• Problem solver
