AR Coordinator - First Shift

Currently, we are assisting a Shared Service Center with recruiting for an AR Coordinator for their Outbound Collections Department in Ankeny, IA.This is a temp-to-hire that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable experience. Attendance and performance will determine if you are hired on permanently.

As an AR Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts weekly. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily credit limit assessments for customers
  • Participate and/or lead monthly conference calls with Field staff Meet monthly goals set at beginning of quarter
  • Work set number of accounts each day and note all efforts
  • Place outbound calls to customer to follow up on past due invoices

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Associates preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-4 years of customer service or office experience
  • Strong data entry skills (40-45 wpm)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, & Outlook

The starting pay rate for AR Coordinator role is $14/hr., plus overtime as needed.You must be able to work 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. - or - 8:30 a.m to 5:00 p.m.
