JOB SUMMARY: The Assembler is responsible for using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment perform a series of operations to correctly assemble, test and/or package medical devices.

REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor
SUPERVISES: N/A
Hours-3pm-1145pm M-F 13/hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
� Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
� Assemble, test, and package medical devices and related products in accordance with documented work instructions and procedures.
� Capable of performing all process steps within � 4 product cells
� Maintain consistent quality and workmanship of the products you produce.
� Process paperwork accurately and neatly.
� Understand and comply with Quality System requirements.
� Complete assignments in a timely fashion, staying on task, minimize interruptions of work.
� Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow standard safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.
� Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
� Report to work on time, including returning from breaks and lunch periods.
� Properly task in and out of work orders
� Capable of searching and locating documents and work instructions in GAS
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Support all Lean initiatives
� Assist team members.
� Be helpful and encouraging.
� Any other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
� Experience in a manufacturing environment necessary, Assembly experience preferred.
� Cleanroom experience is a plus.
� High School Diploma or GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
� Attention to detail and tasks being performed in order to identify potential changes and/or problems with the processes and products.
� Desire and demonstrated ability to produce 100% quality product all the time.

� Able to follow verbal and written instructions and consistently demonstrate compliance.
� Asks questions when unclear of direction or instructions.
� Able to communicate with team members in a positive manner.
