Electronics Company in Canby, OR is hiring for several new Candidates!
All positions are temp-to-hire, so we are only seeking serious people who are looking for long-term, stable opportunities!

Currently, our Assembly 2 shifts are available:
Thur-Sat, 5am-5pm
M-Th, 2:30pm-1am
M-F, 6am-2:30pm

Assembly 2
Assemble and inspect electronic PCBs and box build electronic/electrical assemblies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
~Produce quality product with manual assembly processes such as stuffing, hand assembly, mechanical assembly,
soldering (lead and lead-free), as well as some rework capabilities.
~Inspect to workmanship standards.
~Test electronic assemblies.
~Follow appropriate quality policies and procedures.
~Perform work to appropriate efficiency and utilization standards.
~Practice and participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, supporting change and identifying ways
to improve processes and efficiency.
~Build product as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor.
~Actively participate in work group/team activities, as an enthusiastic, positive and dependable team member.
~Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.
~Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills.
~The work performed in this job can only be done on site and attendance is an essential function of the job.

High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year experience in the electronics industry required.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English to enable clear communication and comprehension of documentation.
Basic math skills required to add, subtract, multiply, & divide. Basic understanding of & ability to read performance graphs.
Able to understand and determine product quality to written documentation.
~Able to perform basic data entry transactions.
~Must achieve a passing score on the Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course.
~Must achieve a passing score on the IPC Workmanship standards exam.
While performing the duties of this position, employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision
requirements include: close & distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
