• High school diploma or GED is required
• Even though you don’t have much (or any) experience, that’s not a problem – this is an entry-level job with room for you to learn and grow

1st shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM $10.50 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM $10.90 per hour
3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM $10.80 per hour

PAY INCREASE OF $1 PER HOUR WITH GOOD ATTENDANCE AND WORK PERFORMANCE AFTER 4 WEEKS!!

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for and has the authority for moving raw materials and finished goods in a safe and efficient manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Safe operation of tow motor, clamp fork lift, straight fork lift, label lift, or floor jack in both warehouse and production areas.
2. Scanning of materials and data entry when required.
3. Supply production lines in timely manner.
4. Assure Stock Rotation (FIFO) system is followed.
5. Run Scrap reports as needed.
6. Consolidate label supplies as needed.
7. Visually inspect raw materials for damage, contamination, or discoloration.
8. Collect resin samples form rail cars and bulk trucks.
9. Correct and accurate completion of assigned paperwork.
10. Adhere to all BOS and SAP standards and activities.
11. Document incoming shipments and movements as required.
12. Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
13. Maintain housekeeping and GMP standards.
14. Attend all required training sessions and weekly team meetings.
15. Communicate effectively and appropriately with Production, Quality, and Group Leaders.
16. Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.
17. Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED TRAINING:
1. Orientation.
2. RF Scanning and Safe Material Handling training within first week of employment or promotion.
3. All skillblocks completed within first six months of employment.
4. Completion of all related BOS work instruction training within first six months of employment or promotion.
