ASSET RECOVERY ANALYST & PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities & duties
Support activities associated with deploying and operationalizing asset recovery and disposition platform in multiple countries
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements
Coordinate complex projects requiring cross functional interaction and research analysis
Manage the deliverables of multiple, complex projects
Liaison as a central point of contact during project deployment into international countries
Collaborate with international team to standardize processes and ensure & operational alignment
Ensure smooth and operational transition support after project implementation
Create, generate, and update global dashboards showing operational performance & KPI’s for multiple countries
Organize documentation and reporting into a centralized location via share point or shared drive
Some international travel may be necessary

Skill set
Excellent organizational skills
Good project management skills
High proficiency in use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Visio, and MS PPT
Strong ability to use and navigate SharePoint or shared drive servers
Strong Oral, writing and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and quick ability to learn & adapt
Ability to multi-task effectively
Work well with minimum supervision
Detail oriented
Problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to prioritize, organize, and work independently or with multiple team members from different time zones to complete multiple tasks
