This position has primary responsibility for providing administrative support in administering policies and programs in several of the following areas: Sales, recruitment and on boarding, performance management, marketing and training for all North American employees.


General Administration Support
a. Basic accounting tasks (vendor invoicing, SAP data entry, Payments to vendors, expense reports)
b. Office Management
c. Sales support
d. Manage weekly sales report
e. Maintaining SAP including; account maintenance, data entry and data cleanup, reporting, maintaining internal and external interfaces, provide efficient SAP support for users in all facets of the day to day operational activities.
f. Check conformity of POs with offers and Pricing rules
g. Manage PO through the process from Partner to our SAP system
h. Manage E-Budget administrative tasks
i. Validation of customized proposals and pre-sales materials

Marketing support
a. Providing high-level support on special projects/campaigns/initiatives.
b. Supporting training activities including E-Learning, scheduling, registration, material preparation, setup, reporting and follow up.
c. Organize the Dealer trainings
d. Event planning for Woburn office and trade shows

Education and Professional Experience
� Associates degree (minimum requirement)
� 1-2 years of administrative support role
� 1-2 years of Sales Support preferably in technical sales setting

General Knowledge and Skills
� Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is always changing
� Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
� Strong written and verbal communication skills
� Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once
� Positive attitude; always willing to learn
