This position is responsible for supporting the marketing team in the coordination and communication of brand Marketing. The primary objective of this position is developing, maintaining and distributing communication working with all levels of the brand’s cross-functional teams including which may include: Creative, Stores, Merchandise, Planning, Finance, Customer Relationship Marketing and Marketing Services.

This position supports the development and execution of Marketing Campaigns, Marketing initiatives and programs ensuring the highest level of communication for ease of execution.


Responsibilities for the Assistant Manager, Marketing role include but are not limited to:


  • Is liaison between visual, creative and marketing teams to develop needs by floor set, maintains and communicates timelines for creative assets and ensure timely delivery of all in-store marketing deliverables.
  • Partners closely with Store Operations/Communications and field leadership to coordinate and develop the communication and logistics of Marketing Campaign initiatives and events.
  • Assists in development of cross-functional communication tools and manages weekly updates, campaign planning documents and project timelines.
  • Maintains and updates the annual marketing calendar; provides recaps for key meetings.
  • May assist in creating and executing all logistics regarding field-marketing projects including: project timelines, all field communication and execution, and cross brand communications.
  • Supports the goals of the brand Marketing group by performing ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Maintains organizational systems for documentation of marketing initiatives.
  • Supports the goals of the Marketing and Creative team by performing ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Communicates all marketing campaigns and events with the legal team.
  • Maintains organizational systems for documentation of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains historical data.
  • Maintains, executes and communicates select mall marketing campaigns.
  • Develops and communicates all Boutique outreach programs.
  • Maintains the brand marketing hindsight by campaign.


Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Assistant Manager, Marketing role: 


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with a diverse team of people, including all levels of leadership, remote teams and agencies
  • Must be a highly organized multi-tasker with a proven time management/prioritization track record
